Kevin Skatman Skarka Started his music career at the age of 15 years old ! Hailing from Eastern Long Island New York he played drums and sang lead in a family formed band of first cousins called Skyhook! The band enjoyed a lot of success including winning a Battle of the Bands against neighboring schools! Once out of High School Skatman joined a band called Moxie, a group of local musicians all of whom were at least 4 years his senior and he was the Lead Singer Front Man in that band playing classic rock music!
The Bridge Gang
Not long after that The Bridge Gang was formed, the most serious effort to date! Skatman played Bass guitar and shared Lead vocal duties in that band! The Bridge Gang quickly climbed their way to the local club A circuit and shared the bill with bands like Zebra and Twisted Sister!
No Exit
After a 6 year Hiatus in Tasmania Australia , Skatman returned to the U.S and joined a 60's , Soul, and Motown band called No Exit! Skatman played Bass guitar and shared the lead vocal assignments! No Exit played to huge crowds in the Hamptons!
